How is the eGift Card delivered?
By email. Send it to yourself or directly to your recipient — instantly, or scheduled for a date you choose (delivered at 9:00 AM PT). You can add a recipient name, your name, and a personal message.
Does the Vicrez eGift Card expire?
No. Vicrez eGift Cards never expire and have no fees of any kind.
What amounts can I choose?
Any whole-dollar amount from $5 to $1,000. Pick a preset ($25–$200) or enter a custom amount, and buy up to 10 cards in one order — each card gets its own code.
How does my recipient use it?
At checkout, they enter the code in the gift card field and the balance applies to the order total. If the order costs more than the balance, they pay the difference with any payment method.
What happens to a leftover balance?
It stays on the card. The remaining balance can be spent across as many orders as needed, and anyone can check a card's balance anytime on our balance checker.
Can it be used on anything at Vicrez.com?
Yes — body kits, wheels, vinyl wrap, PPF, lighting, accessories and everything else in the store. eGift Cards themselves can't be purchased using another gift card.
My recipient didn't get the email — what now?
Have them check spam/promotions first. Then open My eGift Cards in your account — you can re-send any delivered card, and fix a mistyped recipient email on cards that haven't been spent yet.
Can I schedule delivery for a special day?
Yes — pick any date up to one year ahead when you add the card to your cart. The email goes out that morning (9:00 AM PT), and you can track delivery status in your account.
Is there a physical card?
No — Vicrez eGift Cards are digital only, which is what makes instant and scheduled email delivery possible.
