Mobile Terms of Service

The Vicrez.com mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Vicrez.com (“Vicrez.com”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Vicrez.com's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Vicrez.com through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Vicrez.com. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18336817570 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Vicrez.com mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

What Information Do We Collect About Our Visitors?

The information we learn from customers helps us enhance and personalize the Websites and the services we offer. We gather the following types of information:

Information You Give Us.

We receive and store any information you enter on our Websites or provide us in any other way (e.g., by telephone). This may include information you provide when you register as a member, engage in transactions, search, contact customer service, or participate in contests, promotions, surveys, forums, content submissions, chats, bulletin boards, discussion groups, requests for suggestions or other aspects or services offered by us. As a result, you may be supplying us with such information as your name, address, and phone numbers; credit/debit numbers, expiration date and other billing information; people to whom purchases have been shipped, including addresses and phone numbers; names and email addresses of friends, possible Refer-A-Friend customers and other people.

Automatic Information.

Necessary processing supports account security, shopping carts and order fulfillment. Analytics and advertising tools described under Cookies run by default when you visit, and you can turn them off at any time through Your Privacy Choices.

Information Provided by Third Parties.

We may obtain certain information of customers from third parties. This may include updated delivery or address information from carriers and information (including name and email addresses) of possible Refer-A-Friend customers from current customers.

Do We Use Cookies?

Vicrez and our partners use cookies, pixels and server-to-server tools to collect device and online identifiers, IP address, page addresses, browsing interactions and purchase events for analytics, attribution and advertising. Partners include Meta, Google (including DoubleClick), TikTok and Klaviyo where enabled. Advertising disclosures may constitute sale or sharing under California law, including cross-context behavioral advertising. Partners may associate events with their own identifiers and use them under their respective privacy notices.

Analytics and advertising are on by default. You can turn either off at any time, without creating an account, on the Your Privacy Choices page linked in the footer of every page. Turning off Advertising is your request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; it stops advertising pixels in your browser and stops us sending your order events to advertising partners from our servers. Opting out does not prevent shopping. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing on every page. When you are signed in, your choices are saved to your account and applied on every device you sign in on. Accepting purchase or membership terms does not change your privacy choices.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect and Do We Share the Information?

We use information to fulfill orders, secure accounts, respond to requests and provide the services you request. We disclose information to service providers for payment processing, shipping, support and security. Unless you opt out through Your Privacy Choices, we also disclose browsing and purchase events to analytics and advertising partners. Marketing subscriptions and advertising tracking have separate controls.

Other Third Parties/Select Partners.

Advertising partners include Meta, Google (including DoubleClick), TikTok and Klaviyo. These recipients may associate events with their identifiers for advertising and measurement. Operational providers receive information needed for the requested service. Use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of sale or sharing.

Reviews/Share This/Testimonials.

If you review a product, your review may be posted on Vicrez.com only. "ShareThis" may collect data for social posting. Information submitted in forums may be visible to others. Testimonials may include your first name unless you request otherwise.

Merger/Sale.

If Vicrez.com or its assets are acquired, customer information may be transferred without notice. A notice will be posted on the website if ownership changes.

Bankruptcy.

In the event of insolvency or bankruptcy, your personal information may be treated like any other asset and sold or transferred without notice.

Protection of Vicrez.com.

We release information when required by law, in compliance with legal processes, to enforce terms, or to protect the rights and safety of Vicrez, users, or others. Information may be shared with fraud protection and credit risk partners.

Vicrez.com contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage reviewing their privacy statements.

Are Children Allowed to Use Vicrez.com?

Vicrez.com does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with a parent or guardian.

Changing Your Personal Information

You may review or update your personal information anytime via your account or by contacting us. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information.

Conditions of Use, Notices and Revisions

This notice describes our data practices. We notify you of material changes. A privacy choice you have made stays in effect across revisions of this notice until you change it.

Request Deletion of Your Data

You can request deletion of personal data held by Vicrez.com LLC, including data received through our Meta integrations such as Vicrez-marketing.

Email support@vicrez.com with the subject Data deletion request.

Include the email address associated with your Vicrez account or prior interaction, the app or service concerned, and a brief description of the data you want deleted. If your request relates to Facebook or Instagram, include a relevant account, Page, or app identifier if you know it.

We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your identity or authority and locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment-card details.

After verification, we will process your request promptly in accordance with applicable requirements and reply by email with the outcome. You can reply to the same email thread to ask about the status of your request. If any requested data cannot be deleted, we will explain the reason and any applicable retention requirement.

Removing an app or business integration from your Facebook or Instagram settings can stop its future access. To request deletion of data already held by Vicrez, use the email process above. This request does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account.

Where California privacy law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion and a portable copy of your personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing without discrimination. To opt out, turn off Advertising on the Your Privacy Choices page (no account needed), enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or contact support@vicrez.com or 1-855-420-3033. Global Privacy Control is honored as a sale/sharing opt-out. An authorized agent may submit a request; we may request proof of authorization and proportionate identity verification for access, correction or deletion. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Legal retention requirements and applicable exceptions may limit deletion. Analytics and advertising tracking is never required for shopping.
