Can I replace just the center part? Which would be the black section  around the tailpipes, leaving the parts o. The sides that are factory painted?

I know it fits with a tow hitch. But does the cover easily come off to access to the tow hitch still?
The oe tow hitch cover comes off with easy tabs and the two bottom twist tabs. Does this aftermarket cover come off by the tow hitch to still be able to use?

Does this work with the OEM tow hitch
I noticed this uses the factory screws on the bottom with are used to take of the factory bezel/tow hitch cover.  Does that mean that this diffuser will also work with a Durango that has a tow hitch?
