Vicrez+ Membership Terms of Use

Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for Vicrez+. These Terms are between you and Vicrez.com LLC and/or its affiliates ("Vicrez.com" or "Us") and govern our respective rights and obligations. These terms of use are applicable to the Vicrez+ Membership program, and are subject to the Vicrez.com Terms of Use found here. To become a member, you must accept the Vicrez.com Terms of Use, including the mandatory arbitration provision of the Vicrez.com Terms of Use, as well as these Vicrez+ Terms of Use.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Vicrez+ Membership by calling Vicrez Customer Care at (562) 565-3803, or through your Vicrez.com Account > Manage Payment & Subscriptions. There are no refunds for Vicrez+ Membership fees paid, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Vicrez+ Membership Termination Clause

Upon the effective termination or cancellation of a Vicrez+ Membership, all associated benefits, privileges, and incentives will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle from the time of the original purchase. The member acknowledges and agrees that after the billing cycle concludes, all benefits will cease immediately, without exception. Any attempt to access or utilize member-specific advantages beyond the billing cycle will be deemed unauthorized.

Shipping Benefits and Eligible Purchases

Vicrez+ Free Shipping, No Order Minimum, and Priority Shipping benefits depend upon inventory availability, order deadlines, and in some cases the shipping address. They are limited to certain products sold by Vicrez.com on the Vicrez.com website and to certain products on third-party websites that offer Vicrez+ shipping benefits. Products eligible for Vicrez+ will be designated as such on their product pages. Some special product, order, handling fees, and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases. If only some items in your order are eligible for Vicrez+, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect Vicrez+ eligibility. Certain purchases may only be entitled to Standard Shipping because of their size, weight, and other shipping characteristics.

Vicrez+ members can also enjoy the added benefit of Priority Shipping. With Priority Shipping, Vicrez+ members can expect their orders to be processed and packaged first, before non-Vicrez+ orders. This ensures that their orders are shipped out as soon as possible, resulting in faster delivery times.

We may exclude products with special shipping characteristics such as oversized items at our discretion. The Vicrez+ section of our Help pages provides information about eligible items, shipping cost, shipping speed, and shipping destinations.

Other Benefits

As a Vicrez+ member, you will have access to exclusive member deals and promotions that are not available to non-members. These can include early access to Black Friday deals, limited time sales, and more. This means that as a Vicrez+ member, you will have the opportunity to snag the best deals before they sell out.

Other Limitations

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion.
  • We may send you email and other communications related to Vicrez+ and your Vicrez+ membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Vicrez account).
  • You may not transfer or assign your Vicrez+ membership or any Vicrez+ benefits, including promotion codes for Vicrez+ memberships or benefits, except as allowed in these terms.
  • Vicrez+ members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using Vicrez+ benefits.
  • Some Vicrez+ benefits may require certain purchase thresholds, have quantity or shipping address limitations, or require members to meet specified criteria in order to access them.
  • From time to time, Vicrez may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Vicrez+ membership benefits.

Fees and Renewal

The membership fee for Vicrez+ is stated in the Vicrez+ section of our Help pages. From time to time, we may offer different membership terms, and the fees for such membership may vary. The Vicrez+ membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Taxes may apply on either or both of the membership fee and the reduced shipping charges for Vicrez+.

If all Payment Methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of the applicable fee, you agree that we may resubmit the applicable fee for payment to your issuing bank(s). Any resubmittal attempts will be made first to your default Payment Method, and then to other Payment Methods you have on file. Once payment is authorized by an issuing bank on a Payment Method on file, all other resubmittals will be discontinued. If, after all resubmittals, payment is still not authorized by your issuing bank(s), your Vicrez+ Membership will be automatically canceled and your benefits will end. You may have the ability to sign up for Vicrez+ thereafter through your Walmart account. Your new term will be based on the date that you sign up.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR Vicrez+ MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Promotional Trial and Exclusive Deals

We occasionally provide select customers with trial or promotional memberships that abide by these Terms, unless otherwise specified in the promotional offers. Trial members have the option to opt-out of a paid membership via their account at the end of the trial period.

Additionally, with our Vicrez+ membership, members also have access to exclusive deals such as discounts on select products, early access to sales and new releases, and special promotions not available to non-members. These deals are designed to provide added value to our Vicrez+ members and are subject to change or termination at any time.

Agreement Changes

We may in our discretion change these Terms, Vicrez.com's Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of Vicrez+ membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your Vicrez+ membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Vicrez+ membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Limitation of Liability

IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN VICREZ.COM'S CONDITIONS OF USE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR VICREZ+ MEMBERSHIP.
