So, you love Vicrez.com, but you found a product on another site for less. Don't panic. We'll match prices listed from any competitor's website or other reputable source within the same brand. There's no rush either; if you find your product listed for less within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund the difference or give you store credit.
What qualifies?
Your product may be eligible for price matching if it is:
Identical to the competitor's product.
The product must be a matching brand, model number and color to qualify.
Immediately available at a qualifying online retailer, or a local competitor.
We match local retail competitors (including their online prices) and these qualifying online retailers: Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Walmart.com.
Not shown on our exclusions list.
Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, items sold by Marketplace vendors, competitors’ service prices, special daily or hourly sales, and items for sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving.
There are a few important things to keep in mind:
- Price match cannot be combined with other promotional offers
- Price match doesn't include applicable sales tax for CAresidents
- Some exclusions do apply

For Existing Orders: The price difference will be refunded back to the original method of payment or refund you the difference in the form of a Vicrez.com gift card
