Update, March 23: How to get customer service help
Despite temporary service changes brought on by the impact of Covid-19, Vicrez customer service remains open for business working to serve our customers. While we work to restore phone support should start to see improvement by the end of the week—there are a number of alternative ways.

The health and safety of our community is most important. Stay up to date and informed on ways to protect your health with sources such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and your local health department.
Despite the local measures being put in place to deal with COVID-19, most Vicrez transactions are occurring without impact. The Vicrez team is in contact with our shipping partners, and to date, USPS, UPS and FedEx are reporting that domestic deliveries are largely continuing as usual.
Vicrez is powered by our employees and we know that they are facing particular challenges at the moment. As a recommendation from the California Department of Health, we remain open while practicing social distancing consistent with the California Department of Public Health’s guidance.
We are continuing our fulfillment and shipping operations, maintaining a clean and healthy environment and working to assure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
Due to the limited staff available most current pending orders and future orders are shipping within 5-7 business days.
Like so many companies, we are doing everything in our power to help our community navigate these uncertain times. We ask that you are patient with us and each other, and treat everyone with kindness. While this situation is unprecedented, we are optimistic that all of us will ultimately emerge stronger and more resilient.
